Terms and Conditions

PROMOTER AND PARTICIPANTS

1. The Promoter is Secret Escapes Ltd, 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD.
2. All entrants (“Participants”) must be UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
3. Employees of Secret Escapes, Disney or their affiliated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
4. By entering this prize draw, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions unless notified otherwise in writing.

THE PRIZE DRAW

1. To enter this prize draw, participants are asked to fill out a short questionnaire between 19/05/2017 7.00 am (“Entry Date”) and 16/06/2017 11.59 pm (“Close Date”).
2. No purchase is necessary; it is free to enter this prize draw.
3. Incomplete, invalid or inappropriate entries, or entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to win.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. To enter this draw, participants will receive an email to search for the word “Savvy” in the search box on the Secret Escapes website. Once the participants conduct this search, a link to the microsite for the competition will appear at the top of the results list prompting the participants to “click here to enter.” The participants must fill in the form on the prize draw page on the microsite providing the information about their name, e-mail address and an answer to the movie question.
2. All entries must be received between the entry date and the close date (UK time).

PRIZE DRAW REQUIREMENTS

1. Participants agree to be contacted by the promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
2. As the provider of the prize holiday, DJP Promotions Ltd will be provided with the details of the winning entrant. Therefore, as part of your entry into this prize draw you consent to us sharing your personal details with DJP Promotions Ltd in the event your name is chosen.
3. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries or which otherwise do not meet the requirements.

THE PRIZE

1. The prize will be a trip to Aruba for 6 nights for 2 adults or a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids), staying in a 4-star resort. Flights & transfers included. Extras : breakfast, submarine tour of pirate shipwrecks, pirate ship sunset cruise, caving beach escape safari tour, travel insurance
2. The fulfilment of the holiday will be managed by DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd who will contact the winner once they have been confirmed. DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. is registered in the UK. Company Registration number 8065185 registered to address 107 Bell Street, London NW1JTL, England
3. Winners must be in possession of a valid 5-year passport and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize holiday. All entry visas, ESTA forms, and/or travel documents are the sole responsibility of the winner including visa costs if applicable. DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. Does not arrange entry visas.
4. Winners must provide a copy of their passports to ensure names are spelled correctly and validity of their passports.
5. The holidays are subject to availability and blackout dates will apply unless specifically pre-arranged prior to the competition being run. Blackout dates include peak Christmas, Easter and summer holidays
6. The winners must go within 12 months of winning their holiday. Winners will be requested to provide three separate dates of preferred travel (with at least 60 days’ notice prior to their requested departure date) and DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. Will work towards fulfilling at least one of winner's preferred date of travel. Winners who do not travel within 12 months will become null and void and no longer entitled to their grand prize.
7. Unless otherwise stated in the package, all other costs including meals and spending money are the responsibility of winner.
8. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those traveling are not changeable without incurring extra fees.
9. Winners must sign a legal indemnity form provided by DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. prior to departure as standard procedure.
10. DJP Marketing & Promotions has offered this grand prize in good faith and the specifics of the grand prize holiday are as stated in original proposal provided to the initiator of promotion.
11. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
12. Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the draw. If the winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise the promoter at time of being notified that they have won.
13. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the prizes on offer. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

SELECTION

1. The winner will be drawn at random by Secret Escapes on 19th of June 2017 from all submissions received between the entry date and the close date.
2. The winner will be contacted via email to the e-mail address provided in the prize entry form on the 19th of June 2017.
3. The winner must claim the prize by replying to the email not later than 30 days after the winner has been informed.
4. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the prize on time in accordance with the clause 29 the prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of the promoter.
5. Details of the winners will be made available 30 days following the prize draw. If you would like the details during this time, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Competitions, Secret Escapes Ltd, 120 Holborn, London EC1N 2TD

DISCLAIMER

1. Promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.
2. Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the promoter’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.
3. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the prize draw, the decision of the directors of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
