What would/wouldn't you do?

Following on from the hdh74 thread here :T

Tell us 3 things you would/wouldn't do if you won/had a chance to win a competition.

1) I would go on air for a radio station (done that)
2) I would take photos of my dogs (done that)
3) I would have a publicity photo taken (done that, only because it was a GOOD prize which I had to collect)

1) I wouldn't yell and scream like a 13 year old at a Justine Bieber gig
2) I wouldn't take a selfie
3) I wouldn't tell a sob story (whether it be true or made up)

I would:
1: Post a selfie if the prize was worth it (I submitted a couple's photo of me and my fiance for the chance to have a treehouse wedding venue with extra's)
2. I would go on air (The radio station prizes are generally worth a minute or so of embarrassment of having to hear my own voice)
3.I would enter effort comps (Let's face it, having to write a poem or a caption is probably worth it based on the odds of winning)

I wouldn't:
1. Enter a competition where they'd send promotions or correspondence to my home address (it's more intrusive than an email)
2.Enter a comp which involves flying (I'm phobic - I couldn't handle a 30 minute flight to Belfast last year - let alone somewhere like the US)
3.I wouldn't enter a comp for a prize I legimitely wouldn't want or have any other use for - e.g as present's for family or friends

aww i saw this and i felt really sorry for them , the staff at poundland were completely out of order... i am sure it was a 2 hour long ordeal! not sure how long you would continue doing humiliating things before you realised it was a prank!

I WOULD:
take a selfie/pet/kids/household/food photo
take part in publicity (havent had to do this for any wins)
do a questionnaire (although i get annoyed and leave if its too long!)

I WOULDNT:
tell a sob story for a random draw (not that i have a sob story for an effort comp)
tag my parents in mother/fathers day prizes (mums not on facebook/ dads not alive)
lick a poundland member of staffs foot!

As I said on the other thread

There's no cure for stupid.

I personally wouldn't have humiliated myself like that if there really had been a prize

I would:
Have a photo of me hugging a tree (done that)
Have a photo of me hugging a letterbox (done that)
Have publicity in all the papers including our local one naming me as one of the UKs worst cooks (done that - though in mitigation it was ONE cooking disaster, not my normal standard lol)

I would not:
Go on Tv or Radio (too anxious)
Share any sob story or emoji-ridden pile of bollox
Lick any part of anyone's body nor be publicly humiliated in any way that I wasn't perfectly comfortable with

I would happily take photos, make videos, and leave reviews

But, I would never go on radio. Simply because I'm not British born, and I've already had the winning phone calls where the promoter goes from sounding happy to sounding uncertain once they hear my accent

There's a certain person works in a nearby Poundland who I would happily lick all over.

I would even hack One-Eye's account and make embarrassing posts :rotfl:
