Natwest mortgage application question

Hi, just wondered if anyone could give me some advice please.
We put in the full application in branch on Saturday and chose a 5 year fixed deal with 85 itv. On Tuesday Natwest changed that deal to a slightly lower interest rate and it now gives £500 cash back. I was wondering if because our application is still being reviewed will we get the lower rate and cash back? Or Is it a case of missing out by a couple of days and it's tough luck?
Thanks

Hi Toc,
Yes, give them a call and ask to be switched to the new rate. You may have to pay an admin fee, but if it saves you money over the term of your mortgage, it is certainly worth a phone callI am a Mortgage Adviser

I would email my account manager and she would sort it, so presumably you can call their call centre or whoever submitted your application if in branch?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
