Quick question.
If you've been fired, can the appeal hearing be heard by anyone in the company or only someone in HR?

It doesn't even need to be someone from the company. In some cases it may be heard by someone appointed to do it on their behalf.anotheruser wrote: »Quick question.

Good practice would be for it to be heard by somebody more senior than the person who made the decision to dismiss you but sometimes that is not possible.0
