Switching Mortgage or new deal?

Hi All,
I currently have 7 years left on my Nationwide mortgage with about £20,000 still to pay off.
I came off a fixed deal about a year ago and have been on the variable rate ever since.
I thought it might be time to get back on a fixed.
My question is can I move provider with the time and amount I have outstanding or would I be best sticking with Nationwide and going on another deal with them?
Thanks

Do the numbers, there is not a lot to save so any costs&fees will eat into anything you can save on a lower rate.0

In addition to previos post, Natwide aren't unreasonable at all with their product switches and rates.
I'm considering a 2 year tracker in a few weeks as I mightt have to move since coming to last few weeks Natwide 5 yr fix@5.19%, think i'm going to save a few % this time as Reggiep may if staying with Natwide-no hastle no fees if required, online switching it's that simple, uness you require a 'headline rate via another provider.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge.
