Land registry - form AP1

Hi there, hope someone can help please?
I'm the sole executor of my dad's will (he died in January). We have probate through. In the will, he left his house to me and my brother jointly. Dad did very well to pay his mortgage off, bless him, and so there is no mortgage.
I am filling in forms for the land registry (AS1 and AP1). I would rather do it myself than pay a solicitor if possible. I'm working my way through the forms quite nicely, but there is a box I'm a bit confused by and hoping someone can help please!
Form AP1 - box four - 'Application, priority and fees'.
- What should I write in the 'Applications in priority order' box? I'm not sure of the correct term to put here.
- Price paid/Value - this is the current estimate for the value of the house, correct?
- and what would the fees to the Land Registry be please? I have looked on the government for the fee information - but not sure whether I'm 'Scale 1' or 'Scale 2' and what all the legalese here means!
Many thanks - very grateful for any help with this bit!

Panel 4 should be completed to refer to an Assent, then the current market value of the property and the relevant Scale 2 fee
Hope that helps“Official Company Representative
