What job am I looking for?

Hey - I need some pointers...
My favourite thing in the world is matching things with things. This can be matching interiors to suit the personality of a room and its occupants, or matching people's skillsets with jobs/tasks, or romantic matchmaking, or matching products to people....
There are some very obvious job choices in what I've just said - but I can't decide which! Is there like a generic 'matchmaking' role in the work world that anyone knows of?! Or, with the skill of 'matchmaking' would it be sensible to just get a job where I make matches and then transfer that skill industry to industry, depending what takes my fancy (is it that easy...)?
Anywho, thanks for reading, any guidance will be taken with sheer relief...

you sound young so unless you have a bunch of offers to choose from I advise you get any job that fulfills the above criteria, see how you like it, take it from there, you have plenty time to find what you like best.0

You don't tell us your qualifications and experience.
What are the very obvious job choices you have identified?

Haha... Funnily enough I was thinking about matches earlier...
But anyway - I'm not an age I'd consider young anymore, I'm at an age where I consider I need to be thinking more honestly about what kind of area I could see myself working in for the next 4 decades...
Qualifications-wise - they're not strictly relevant. I have a social science degree and a postgrad award in urban planning (matching people with built environments and vice-versa). Experience - I've worked in social housing for most of my working life (and still do), and also social research.0 -
How about being a personal shopper in a department store where you can match people with clothes that suit their body shape and style? Sorry if that's not the type of thing you were after but it's the first thing that sprung to mind!0

Love it, Samiire, thanks!0
