Hi

I have the above and it seem not hear bell ring as just looked on the phone has bell symbol with line across it can some advise how I can get rid of this with losing number stored on the phone

    Here you go, page 23 of the manual using this link will turn volume down - maybe it will turn it OFF as well.

    Have a look at the buttons underneath the "pick up" and "hang up" buttons. I think one is to use the speakerphone, and maybe the other one mutes the ringer...?

    Do you have "night mode" on that model? If so, is it on? Menu - ringer set up - night mode
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.
