Getting a mortgage with defaults

Hi all

Want to hear from anyone who has managed to get a mortgage with settled defaults showing on their credit report. Paid but not yet dropped off.
I have done a bit of research and saw that it is possible but with 15% deposit, does anyone know does it have to be 15% . I have 15% but ideally id like to put 10% down, just dont know if its possible

Im guessing brokers fees will.be considerably more aswell

If anyone has any advice or info on this it would be great to hear from you
Any names of brokers who deal with this sort of thing would also be really appreciated.

Thanks

I thought this was the mortgages board? There are certainly posters on here who would be able to help you. They may need a bit more info from you, but I've seen questions like this before that have been answered. :)

    When were the default(s) registered?
    How much were they for?
    When were they satisfied?

There is the potential to place it with a 10% deposit, but 15% would make it a whole lot easier.

    Hi
Defaults were registered in 2015 and 2016
    For £411, £135 & £105

Any names of brokers who specialise in this sort of thing would be great
If i put 15% down id be leaving myself a bit short on fees etc that i had factored in with that additional 5%. Its doable was just seeing if the option was there for 10% or not

    Much appreciated

Sorry should of said, the defaults were satisfied in march 2017

Had no idea these were on my credit report due to a few reasons, hence why they were not paid until i found out about them
