Claiming of mortgage interest

I had a wee successful claim through Claims Direct on an insurance element on my mortgage. Not sure how they did it as it was stopped and reimbursed only a couple of months or so after our mortgage started due to us pointing it out. Anyway they are now pushing me complete forms so they can claim back on the interest rate on this mortgage. I was totally confused by what they were saying so said I didn't want anything more to do with them and they have closed my contact. They asked if I had borrowed more than £150K initially and when I said it wasn't that much, they then said it didn't matter, I could still have a claim. They reckoned the average claim on this new form of claiming was £15K. Has anyone heard about this? Any advice would be much appreciated. thank you in advance.
