You have won a pair of tickets to celebrate Mr Jack’s Birthday with a very special JD Set in Tennessee featuring Frank Black, Guy Garvey and Richard Hawley; playing with five established and well-respected Tennessee musicians: Spooner Oldham, Craig Krampf, Duane Jarvis, Billy Block and David Hood.


Jack Daniel’s will be flying you , your guest and other lucky winners from Heathrow, London to the homeland of our Tennessee whiskey for the ultimate JD Set on Thursday 5th October 2006, arriving back in the UK on Sunday 8th October 2006 morning.

This is going to be a once in a lifetime trip, but before we can get on with the fun, there are a few serious points:

1. Before we can issue you with your tickets and information pack, we need to check that you and your guest are over 21 years old. Therefore, you need to either fax or email us a copy of some photo identification; either your passport or driving license. 2. Also with this letter are a set of terms and conditions relating to the event. Please can you sign these and either fax them back to us onsend them to,
3. Once we have received a copy of your photo ID and signed terms and conditions, we will send you your tickets to the event along with an information pack about your trip. If you do not receive this within seven days of forwarding on your photo ID and signed terms and conditions, then please call to let us know (contact details are at the end of this letter).
4. You are responsible for any special Visa requirements you might have. UK passport holders, with no criminal record will not require a Visa as should be eligible for the visa-waiver scheme operated by US immigration. If you are in any doubt about whether you may require a Visa then please check www.usembassy.org.uk
5. You must ensure that your passport is valid for at least three months from 5th October 2006. Your passport must be valid until at least 5th January 2007.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITION WINNERS AND ALL OTHER GUESTS

Terms and Conditions of Event Entry
1. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission at their sole discretion.
2. The organisers reserve the right to change the programme without prior notification
3. All attendees must be aged 21 or over on the day of the event. Proof of age and identity will be required before gaining access to the plane and coaches.
4. No food or alcohol can be brought onto the site by guests. Only food and alcohol served on the site is permissible for guests’ consumption.
5. All attendees must bring their ticket and photo identification with them to the airport or meeting point. No ticket, no admittance.
6. Upon receipt of your ticket and proof of identity, attendees will be given a colour-coded wristband. This wristband must be securely attached to the wrist and must never be removed. Attempts to swap, remove or tamper with the wristband will result in a refusal of admittance onto the site. Attendees will also be given a laminated pass which must be worn for the duration of the event.
7. No alcohol, food or illegal substances will be allowed into the event. Only food and alcohol served on the site is permissible for guests’ consumption. Attendees should note that there will be Security in attendance at the event.
8. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
9. Attendees consent to being included in any filming, photography and sound recording at the event, for use by Brown-Forman and broadcast by third parties as required.
10. Attendees may be subject to continuous sound levels that may damage hearing. Strobes will be in use at the event.
11. The use of cameras, videos or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
12. Tickets, passes and wristbands are strictly non-transferable.
13. No cars or private vehicles are permitted on site. All attendees must arrive at their designated collection point and will be transported to and from the event by aeroplane and Jack Daniel’s coaches.
14. Guests are not permitted to leave the site at any time during the event. Access and exit arrangements are on a strict and non-flexible schedule.
15. Any attendee who is, or appears to be, intoxicated will be refused admission to the site and transportation methods at the sole discretion of the organisers.
16. Any customer who is, or appears to be, under 21 years old will be refused admission at the sole discretion of the organisers.
17. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the organisers.
18. No attendee will be able to enter any prohibited areas at the Jack Daniel’s venue at any time
19. The organisers reserve the right to amend and change the terms and conditions of access without prior notification
20. The event will take place at Jack Daniel’s Pavillion, Lynchburg, Tennessee on Friday 6th October 2006, from 7.00pm to 9pm

Terms and Conditions of Transportation
1. Passengers must bring passports and carry them at all times.
2. Passengers must bring visas and other travel documents as applicable, where applicable. It is the responsibility of the individual passenger to ensure that they have all necessary documentation required for a flight from England to the USA.
3. All passengers must complete any travel documents requested by the carrier in the form requested by the carrier.
4. All passengers must arrive at (airport of departure) two hours before the flight departs.
5. The organisers will not supply or cover transportation costs of the guests to and from Heathrow Airport
6. All passengers and their luggage must be at the specified check-in point at the departure lounge no later than the check in time.
7. All passengers are responsible for possessing all necessary identity documents, visas and other documents required by the authorities of states of departures, transit and arrival.
8. Passengers are solely responsible for the transportation of their documents, baggage and hand luggage, clothing and other personal belongings.
9. In the event that it is necessary, at the Captain’s sole discretion, to divert the flight in order to remove any passenger who is part of the Jack Daniel’s group, whose conduct or mental or physical condition is such as to cause discomfort or nuisance to other passengers or involve any hazard or risk to the passenger or other passengers or property, then the organisers will hold the passenger / passengers responsible for any losses incurred.
10. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any passenger access to the flight at their sole discretion.
11. Any attendee who is, or appears to be, intoxicated will be refused access to the flight and transportation methods at the sole discretion of the organisers.
12. Any attendee who is, or appears to be, under 21 years old will be refused access to the flight at the sole discretion of the organisers.
13. All attendees are responsible for making their own way to the designated meeting points at the designated times. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting points at the designated times may result in attendees missing their flights or coaches. Should this happen, it is the sole responsibility of the individual passenger to make alternative arrangements for their transportation back to the UK.
14. Guests who do not fly on the authorised Jack Daniel’s aircrafts or board the Jack Daniel’s authorised coaches will not be allowed access to the site.
15. The organisers accept no responsibility for guests who fail to meet their flights or coaches in England or in the USA.
