Enter our competition to be in with a chance of winning a 2 night stay at The Hillthwaite Hotel, Windermere for 2 people and a dog.

1. The promoter is Webbox Pet Food (Pets Choice Ltd) company no 02181268, whose registered office is at Pets Choice Ltd, Brentwood House, Lower Philips Road, Whitebirk Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 5UD.
2. Employees of Webbox Pet Food (Pets Choice Ltd) or the immediate family members of those connected with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The competition will take place between Monday 15th May and Monday 29th May.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter Webbox Pet Food (Pets Choice Ltd) competitions.
5. Closing date for entry is 11.59pm on Monday 29th May. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:

• To enter into this competition, participants must click on the relevant competition post on the DreamBone facebook account, via email or via the web page at dreambone.co.uk/win-a-dog-friendly-mini-break-in-the-lakes
• Winners will need to supply Webbox with their full address details.
• The prize is a 2 night stay for 2 people and 1 dog in a dog friendly room at the Hillthwaite House Hotel (Thornbarrow Road, Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 2DF). The prize includes dinner for 2 people on one night. Access to indoor leisure facilities, free wifi and on site parking are included. The offer is valid Sunday to Thursday. The prize is subject to availability. Certain dates excluded. The prize must be taken by the end of 2017. Advance booking necessary.
• The winner is required to negotiate the dates of the prize with the Hillthwaite Hotel. The prize does not include travel expenses.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age may be required.
• Winner will be selected at random. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternative winner may be chosen.
• No cash alternative to the prize offered. The prize is not transferrable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner will be notified by email and/ or phone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current (UK) data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
