Transfer pension fund into an isa?

Hello.
I was wondering if it is at all possible to transfer a pension fund into a stocks and shares isa as my isa is giving a far better return than my pension plan.
I'm below the 55 year old threshold to simply withdraw the pension fund.
Thank you

    No you can't.

But it's not the Product that's giving you a better return, it's the investments within it. I'm sure there's an option to change your pension investments to mirror those found in your ISA?

That is not logical. Pensions and ISAs share the same investment options. So, if you have the same investments in both, the returns should be identical. Pensions are slightly more tax efficient so actually, the most likely outcome is that you should be putting your ISA into a pension (assuming all other things equal).

Who is your pension fund with, and what it it invested in, and same for your isa.

It may be possible to change or transfer your pension to match the investments in your isa, whether that is advisable is a different matter.
