    It's funny how all the other letters I get via RM arrive within 2 days of the date on the letter, but not HMRC. No doubt some alien invaders have infested the handover between HMRC and RM, and no doubt this is 100% the fault of RM.

  • All written letters are issued by an automated process.

    Not true, many officers never use the Central Printing Service. Posted letters usually take 4 days for 1st class and up to 12 days for second class
