Advice on best way to go

I have about 8000 of debt and it slowly goes up gradually. No job very little prospect of getting a proper one due to my town being in a state. Ive battled with this for years just getting by but its getting tougher and credit cards literally my only source of income when things get bad.

Struggle to get by on dole money and in all honesty not much of a future to look forward to.

I hear about these debt management things and bankruptcy but not sure if itd be worth going down any of these roads. If i cut off any means of getting cash (credit cards when desperate) its very very scary but obviously battling on like this is not ideal.

Any genuine advice? Got no savings, no assets and just live minute to minute.
