- Urea is a white, odourless, tasteless substance.
- People with dry skin have less urea in their skin than people with normal skin.
- A 10% cream can double the water-holding capacity of skin.
- Urea protects the skin against drying and can improve skin regeneration
- Urea is said to have irritation-soothing effects
- Urea preparations can sting if applied to thin or damaged skin and should not be applied to broken skin.
I'd never thought of Urea as a good thing before!!!! Maybe I was wrong- Still waiting for my samples though- darn that postal strike! :-)0
