New Mortgage offshore worker

Hi All,
I am on offshore worker spending most of my time outside the UK. I am currently paid in dollars into a UK bank account and have a rental property in the UK that i use when i am in the UK. I have a deposit ready to go, however i keep getting my case turned down for a mortgage as i am paid in dollars. Also i don't pay UK tax as i not in the UK or more than 90 days in given tax year and tax is paid on source in the country where i work.
Does anybody know of any brokers or mortgage lenders that would deal with this case?
