Contacting RBS

I have an old overdraft with RBS, which defaulted in 2011. I haven't paid anything on it since June 2016 and want to get in touch to start paying it off again. They have an old address for me, so I want to make sure they have the correct details but I really don't want to call them as they will have my number and I get hugely stressed by phone calls. Their website has no address contact details. Should I write to the branch I opened my account with, call them or leave it and wait for them to find me - I have ,my current details logged on Noddle / Clearscore so shouldn't be difficult for a DCA to find. Really don't want a ccj.
