Unfair Dismissal During Notice Period

I'd have thought you should get commission - unless there is an express statement somewhere that you don't get it during your notice period.
On the bonus for achieving annual targets, there must be a bonus scheme documents somewhere.
That is the whole point I am making about PILON being a breach of contract unless the contract specifically allows it.
Say somebody gets a basic salary of the NMW then earns the bulk of their regular income from commission. If the employer imposes PILON they have no opportunity to earn commission during the notice period so only get the NMW and are substantially out of pocket. If the contract is silent about PILON that may be the OP's best lever.0
