Not a First Time Buyer - what am I?

So, I used to own a house. About ten years ago, but haven't since. I'm looking to buy a house, but am not a first time buyer and I'm not remortgaging... does anyone know what I'm classed as?

Yes - you're quite right. It's just the ISA which is restricted to first time buyers, not the equity loan.
