or as an alternative, soak in a solution of warm water and washing powder (bio) overnight, then rinse thouroughly (sp?)0 -
I tried the hanging out in the rain this week with some stained vests and I'm pleased to say most stains have come out

works well doesn't it, i did it last week with a fine cotton top wich had tomato sauce on it, and though it faded it some with washing, it went outside.0
