Hi
Just a quick question. We have just had mortgage approved and my parents have offered to pay solicitor fees. Will this cause any problems? I have heard that credit checks are done again before completion so dont want to cause any problems.
Thanks

as long as your not taking any new finance, it should be fine as it is from a third party. They may need to sign a gift declaration. Depends on your solicitor"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
