Recommendations for someone to put up new farden fence

I'm seeking recommendations from anyone who has had an old garden fence replaced recently. The current fence consists of wooden panels and is badly in need of replacing. I want to have it removed and replaced with vertical boards about 6 feet high and a couple of inches apart. I would like the boards on both sides which will give privacy but still allow wind to pass through the fence. Our neighbour's are willing to share the cost. It is not a long fence about 5 panels in length. I had a fence erected quite a few years ago by a guy called Mike Berry, but the mobile no. I have for him seems to be obselete and a internet search has proved negative which is a pity as he did a very good job. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
