Help, my k beater and whisk keep falling off when I use them.

Has the whisks been damaged in any way? Sounds as tho it is better to replace the beaters.0

my k beater involves push and turn slightly. Which machine are you asking about? the stand mixer? Just push and turn and then test
The hand mixer whisks have to be put in on the correct sides and again slightly turn0 -
