Can Connells do this? Failed to get mortgage but won't refund

Thanks for the advice everyone. My priority now is to find another lender, I will postpone the complaints for now. For the record, their fee was £499 and admin fee was £99.

Try a local established broker/IFA. EA brokers have a dire reputation and you have seen it first hand. These payment for life methods are disgraceful in my opinion. They are common on the EA side and a number of EAs have gone out of business and not able to honour the fee for life option.

Who wants a free for life service if the actual service itself is terrible?

My bank advisor is currently trying. He sees no problem with my application currently. Will see what the underwriters have to say. Fingers crossed!! At least there is NO FEE whatsoever!!!!
