If you want to be independent then don't start your life by taking out loans! And you won't be getting one this large anytime soon anyway, sorry.
Instead rent a tiny room in shared house in a cheap part of town and save hard for that boat. And while you wait for your perma-job to kick in, why not pick up some side gigs - leaflets, pizza delivery, what have you?
