Mortgage advice RTB

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice please on getting a mortgage.
I have used my RTB and received an offer letter of £48000 house valued at £107000. I have a £20000 deposit. So we need a £30000 mortgage.
My husband 54, who is working full time and on good wages £32000 year, but credit score is not the best but also not that bad , will be applying for the mortgage.
Any suggestions on the best place to go or where we should start.
TIA

For a RTB purchase with credit issues I'd suggest having a chat with an experienced broker is it won't necessarily be as straight forward as walking into the local building soc.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.

I agree, your lender options will be limited due to your husband's age as well as his credit history, but it's not mission impossible, as I've just done one for someone in a similar situation. There is hope!
