First, I'd like to apologies for the same post. Please someone help me with this.
My mortgage application has been recently succeeded with Halifax and I am currently in the conveyancing process with solicitors.
1. Is there any negative impact on my mortgage release, if I send some money [like £ 150-200] using my current account to my dad who's living abroad? [using worldremit service]
2. Will lender do any checks on spending behaviors during this time?

1. I can't see any issue with that if they're one off payments and not repaying a debt for example
2. A final credit check can be carried out before completion therefore I would avoid increasing your debts on credit cards etcI am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.

Thanks David, this is not a debt.
I wanted to send some money to my dad, to help in some of his expenses.
I was wondering whether the lender see this as a risk? may cause a negative impact?0 -
Sending a couple of hundred pounds is highly unlikely to cause any issueI am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.
