Hi
This is my first post, we have applied for a mortgage with nationwide through a mortgage broker. I have had a few calls for info and looks like valuation of property is due to be arranged. Is this normally a good sign, or is this just process

Its process. They want to value the property to make sure it's worth the money they are lending you. We had our valuation on the 2nd May, no issues. A week after we were accepted for a mortgage with them! (Nationwide)
I hope it runs as smoothly for you.0
