Hi, sorry, no idea what board to post this on, but i do remember seeing a thread on here about free things people have obtained through complaints etc... (but i cant find the old thread) Please move this post to the right forum if i am wrong!
Basically, I opened a box of Blossom Hill Rosé that I purchased today, and the tap was all mouldy:mad: it made feel so sick!!! but the wine isnt out of date until November 07.... I was juts going to take the wine back to the shop I bought it from, but then i remembered the post on here about complianing.
So i want to complain to Blossom Hill about this, to hopefully get a big apology, and some free wine, but I was wondering how I go about this, as the wine is far too heavy to post back to them!!
Any help appreciated thanks!

Maybe you should take a photo and email it to them. Then if they ask for it back to 'run tests' (or whatever lol) they might send you a pre-paid postage bag thing. It might be the fault of the shop you purchased it from for not storing it correctly though. Just make sure you give them all the details in the email and defo a photograph of the mould if you can. Good luck.0

Okay thankyou! That is perfect as I just bought a digital camera today, lol, so I can practise my photo taking on some mouldy wine (joy!) haha. I'm not 100% sure that I have the receipt, as my b/f isnt sure where he has put it... Do you think the receipt is necessary??
Also, is it best to ring them first for advice?? or just go straight into a letter/email?
Cheers xI:coffee:
