Nationwide - FTB

So we have just had our MA submit our full application after receiving DIP.

Does anyone have any recent experience with Nationwide and the timescales they work to?

This whole first time buying experience has got me a nervous wreck!

We have recently used Natonwide. All moved very quickly! Are you using HTB as well?

No we are just using the 95% LTV and hoping we get accepted! All the older posts I've read so far show nationwide are quite quick for most, fingers crossed for us too!
  • We used Nationwide, applied 5th April, offer on the 12th. Good luck :-)

I found this online which gives you details of the all the steps involved and rough timescales... as a new user I can't post links so add the w's at the front and remove the spaces

This gives you Nationwide's service levels update... currently 11 working days from application to offer as at 5th May. Again, add the w's

I'm currently going through a application and mine has had the valuation requested and panelled whatever that means.
Hopefully it's a good sign as really won't to get out of rented accommodation
