Ordered a shed from the above on 24th of April for a 2nd of May delivery. At 11.30 on the day of delivery they phoned to say shed would not be delivered until the following day. No big deal as we'd booked a week off.
Day of delivery shed turns up in good time, delivery guys take lots of photo's to make sure everything is there, takes time but I understand why, or I thought I did.
Shed made of good quality materials, however considering what I paid for it I didn't expect to have to finish the job of constructing various items. 8 pieces of framing had to be attached to 6 of the panels and the cross braces on the doors had to be attached.
The real kicker was that 3/4 of the way through building it we discovered that one of the panels had been duplicated. So despite all the photos they failed to notice that we had 2 of the same, which left us missing a panel.
So now we have a partially built shed a bucket load of apologies and have just been told the replacement part won't be here until the 16th of May, almost 2 weeks after it was first delivered.
Frustrated is an understatement! :mad::mad:

How did you come across these guys ?
No shed firms in your area you could have used ?0 -
Extensive internet search. What sold it for us was that we could choose the delivery date ha, ha, ha and the shed was the same design as our corner summer house so would sit back to back and look pleasing to the eye. Won't be so bloody picky next time0

Thanks for that but it's a too late now. Wish I'd seen it 3 weeks ago. Reading the posts on here from 2007 - 08 is like rubbing salt in the wound. However someone did message me from Garden Buildings last night promising to sort it out, but I'm not holding my breath!0
