I know, this is what i cannot understand, ombudsman is going to deal with this, but only reason we found out about the defaults were when we sold our house and was trying to get a mortgage from rbs who we are with at the moment and they won't help, but the helped in September last year when we tied our mortgage in with them and they would have seen the default then and didn't say a word0

Sent around 10 complaints and there reply was mbna removed it as a good will gesture (no they didn't as they can't have 2 defaults with the same debt)0
