I'm in a joint mortgage and my husband is not paying it, I wont be able to afford it myself even though I work and have 2 kids. We were going through a divorce but cant afford the court fees etc. I was looking through the route of getting my half of the equity out but apparently you need two signatures and he wont sign any paper work and I don't have enough money to just move out rent etc.

Mediation is an option. Far cheaper than a court. Can be tough going. Though reduces the cost of solicitors bills.0
