Cannellini Beans - ideas please

Currently doing my menu plan for the week and I'd like to try and use up the two tins of cannellini beans I've inherited from my sister when she moved to the US and gave me her store cupboard contents. Any ideas OS's please!

i put them in a chorizo soup, its a bill granger recipe. yum, love him and love his soups.

Traditionally baked beans are made with haricot, but that's just because they're cheap :rolleyes: I think canellini beans would make a superior baked bean

tifnstav - DH loves chorizo, great idea thanks! raeble - like the sound of steak & mash, quick too - bonus! Such great ideas I think I need to buy more tins of beans!!
