Unsuccessful
Hey guys,
I'm in a bit of a spot and need to take out a loan.
I ow some family members £800 roughly by the end of next week. So I attempted to take out a loan for £100 a month repayments to no success
only one that I could find which would take me on was 118 but they wanted double repayment.
I'm not sure of my credit score or anything but does any one know anywhere I can get the help I need?
Thanks

First of all your credit score is only seen by you.
Lenders etc see your credit history so loans, bank account.
You got anything to sell ?
What would be the minimum amount they would accept by end of next week and you pay the rest back the following week ?
Was the request for the money sprung on you or have you known about it for a while ?
Why did you not work towards putting an amount aside to repay the money ?0 -
Have you tried the Credit Union that maybe in your area?
Only today I completed sign up to my area's one and as part of I note I was asked if I needed to be considered for a loan.0 -

Is an option OP, no harm in speaking to them.0 -
Most CU's expect you to save with them for a period before advancing a loan.
OP have you asked your bank for an overdraft?0 -
If you are borrowing from friends and family and are unable to secure a loan from a mainstream lender would it be fair to assume that you are financially struggling?
If that is the case the time to stop borrowing is now rather than later. You cannot borrow your way out of debt - you just dig a deeper hole.
Speak with your family and ask for their understanding. Then take a long hard look at your finances and plan a way out of your situation that does not involve more borrowing. The guys on here will have some fantastic advice to offer in order to hep you.0
