Does anyone know what Leeds BS retention rates are like?

Im curious to know whether the retention rates are usually alot higher that new customer rates.

My deal ends on 31/8 and they wont tell me the rates until 31/5.

Im only asking because if i need to remortgage id rather start gathering the docs together now and maybe start looking for a broker.

Their rates seem ok for new customers i juat hope they are the same for existing.
