Hi,
I need help?
Can anyone please help me find the cheapest option to borrow £40000 for an extension i am building. I have been to Nationwide and they have advised me to take out an Flexible advance mortgage at 7.24%. The reason why i want a flexible loan is because i will be able to pay it off in full next year and i do not want to be charged for repayment of the loan. I do not want to take out a secured loan as these are dodgey. Any help will help.
Cheers

Hi MortgagesInc,
I have an existing mortgage on my property of £71K and the property is worth £260K. The mortgage is with Nationwide. I'm still looking for the cheapest and most secure option to borrow £40K and be able to pay it back in full end of next year without paying any charges.
Thanks for any comments.:beer:0
