To qualify for this special offer, simply collect 2 tokens from your local newspaper, printed until Friday 19 May 2017, complete the correct on-line form, download the form and buy your tickets from any staffed ticket office.

To get this offer, you need to collect two tokens from local newspapers. The dates the tokens will be printed vary depending on the paper, with Friday 19th May being the final day.

Two tokens allows you to buy up to four Northern £10 ‘Day Ranger’ tickets or up to four £17.50 ‘Weekend Rover’ tickets, which must all be used on the same day or weekend. Child tickets are half-price and you’ll need to buy your tickets at a train station.Tickets are available for sale from Monday 8 May 2017 until Sunday 9 July 2017 (for One Day Ranger tickets) and Saturday 13 May - Saturday 8 July 2017 (for Weekend Rover tickets). Tickets can be purchased up to three days in advance of travel.

Travel is available from Monday 8 May - Sunday 9 July 2017 (excluding 27 May - 4 June 2017 inclusive). One day tickets are available every day for the duration of this offer. Weekend tickets are available each Saturday and Sunday between Saturday 13 May - Saturday 8 July 2017 (excluding 27/28 May and 3/4 June 2017).

Unlimited travel is valid anywhere on the Northern rail network using Northern train services only until Sun 9 Jul, excluding half-term (Sat 27 May to Sun 4 June), and train services that depart before 8.45am Mon-Fri. You’ll need to attach two tokens to a completed one-day or weekend application form and take the form to a staffed railway station. Tickets with this offer can’t be bought online or on the train.

Tickets normally cost between £19.50 and £41.90, so you can make a big saving.

    You can call up one of the papers to claim a couple of back issues.Would only set you back cost of papers and delivery.
    Still a good price.

    If you look out for a cheap advance up to the nearest station thats valid it's still good value.

    Yes, their advance tickets are good value if you are travelling between selected stations, for example:- Leeds to Manchester Victoria costs from £3.00 with an 82% saving.
