Problem is that park home is a no different than mobile home as far as the law is concerned, which means that you cannot get a mortgage on one. So what you are looking for is a personal loan which is secured against the park home.
Be aware that it will not be considered at even half of the value you may think it's worth by the lenders.0 -
I am struggling to find any lenders who are interested in lending against a park home. The LTV will be around 55% and I am more than happy to have a charge over the property. Does anyone know of any lenders who loan on this type of property.
