This will now be part of your contract, liable to disciplinary action if you do it without agreement from the employer.Thank you very much for your replies they have been most enlightening and very knowledgeable!
Rightly or wrongly I shall be removing my name from alarm security as I won't be paid to either be on call or even when called out as this was also part of agreement, as I were paid enhanced rate I would therefore not book the call out at all.
As the saying goes "you live and learn"Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
