Choosey card offer problems

In this weeks MSE email there's a card offer from Choosey and link. When I decided which card to buy only A5 in the offer I can't get to the next page to add a message, I'm not doing a video message just hoping to personalise it with recipients name. Please help, I am using an iPad so hope it's not that causing the problem. I tried many times yesterday and several today. I thought maybe with the offer being highlighted in the weekly email their website couldn't cope with demand.

Sorry if this is the wrong board to post but hoping others might help.

Had a message to say it could not be printed & a code to reorder - ok service?
logged on today to check all was ok & second order has been cancelled - with no notification
will let you know when I get a reply from them - currently not happy & autoresponse says - 2 days for a reply..:(:mad:

Used the MSE99 code for the A5 card and opted for the card to be sent at a later date directly to the recipient.
After checking all the details and paying I looked at the receipt they sent me and they had inserted the main line from MY address into the recipients address.
I emailed them and they sent me a holding reply saying someone would get back to me within 2 working days. A week later I still haven't received a response. Have sent another email today
Will update this with what happens next but not very happy with this service. It may be cheap but I don't even know if it'll get to my friend.
