Terms and conditions:

1. The closing date for this competition is midnight on 4 June 2017.
2. The competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Active in Style (The Promoter) and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
3. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the prize draw and are required to confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to confirm their acceptance of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
4. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of The Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Promoter may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner's name and likeness.
6. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into these terms and conditions, prize draw, or the provision or any aspect of the prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded (except in the case of fraud).
7. The Promoter may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, if The Promoter decides in its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize before any winner is notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control prevent or restrict The Promoter or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
8. Prize-winners must agree that (unless applicable law requires otherwise) any right that you have under applicable law to amend your prize holiday ends when the booking has been confirmed.
9. The Prize:
   1. Prize is for two adults sharing a self catered three bedroom pool villa at Karma Kandera Resort, for seven nights.
   2. Return flights from London and local transfers are included
   3. One spa treatment for two, one lunch for two at Karma Beach, dinner at Di Mare Restaurant on one night and four PT sessions with Bali’s number one trainer, @thededeharis
   4. Also included is £500 worth of vouchers to spend at Active in Style, as well as £500 worth of clothes from hush, to ensure you are as stylish as the location
   5. A tour of Bali Life Charity, should the winner so choose
10. The prize excludes spending money, transfers to and from the airport in your home country plus any additional meals, drinks, gratuities and any incidental expenses incurred whilst on holiday other than those stated as included.
11. Both passengers must travel on the same flight.
12. Winners are responsible for arranging their own valid passports, travel insurance and any necessary visa or health requirements.
13. Prize is non-transferable. Once tickets are issued no date changes are permitted, and no cash alternative is available.
14. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to propose alternative dates or to relocate guests in another hotel in case of overbooking.
16. Prize winner to be chosen by 30 June 2017
17. 7 night stay must be taken between 1 September and 30 November 2017
18. The prize must be booked by 31 August 2017
