Mortgage Possibilities after a DMP

  • This is on my mind a lot lately, as my DMP should be ending in October and I'll be putting the money away for a house deposit. Living oop north that should be a decent deposit in a year, so we are hoping to get something. I've seen a few banks (names elude me currently) that mention in their t&cs that they will look at you if your defaults are over 3 years ago.
