We have a sofology sofa and it has to be included in my dmp so that will be one of the creditors we need to send a letter to. I'm confused i thought it was creation that supplied the finance but secure trust bank appears on my bank statement. Does anyone know where letter should be sent.

I would imagine you would need to contact the Retail Finance dept. listed here, give them your account number and ask for a postal address
