When you register with the site, you get a voucher tp print and take to the shop, if voucher doesnt automatically appear, as mine didnt, there is a link to click. You then take the voucher to the store to redeem your free sample.

Clicl here to print the voucher directly. No need to fill the form. If you have several department stores around, you might be able to get more than one sample.
