Have they committed a crime against you?0

If you signed the paperwork as a guarantor then there's no escape clause
If you took the loan and are wondering if the guarantor will have a way of not being chased for the loan then as above
They make it very clear in their advertising and sign up what is involvedEx forum ambassador

The case was heard at the County Court so does not form a precedent for other cases.0 -
Have you not looked at case studies OP?
The Financial Ombudsman site might be good to go and have a peruse through.
Only myself yesterday I hopped on there thinking all I'd just see was irresponsible lending and the thousands given back (didn't get this picture portrayed) so was kinda taken aback to see actually they do deal with lender conduct, certainly calmed down after seeing about the poor person in hospital who faced much more difficulties in being able to pay on time on the PDL section.
If you think you've ever saving someone else in the future? - Well don't we have to learn by our mistakes.
Can you get them out of business? Well no - clearly people do need them and their likes service, for some this is their only source.
That said did you get away from them?
Where is my rock! :)0
