Hi sourcrates
The balance is just over £ 300 I am / was paying them £5 p/m. None of my debt is on my credit files so it isn't harming me, I don't have any paper work on this,
Any thoughts on what I can or should do ?
Thanks

Hi everyone
I have decided to offer robinson way a full and final offer as I am not sure if this should have a credit agreement and for the sake of the account balance being just over £300 it's not worth the risk off a ccj, as I have said before its not harming my credit report,
So my question is how much do you think I should offer them?
And what should I state in the letter and want to receive in any letters they send me
Thanks again

This is the template letter you should send, it has the correct legal wording, and they must agree to it, in writing, before you part with any money :

As for how much to offer, start at £100 you can always increase it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
