Arbonne

Ok, so what is the deal with Arbonne? I am bombarded on FB with images of happy, happy people who claim that Arbonne is the answer to everlasting happiness, health and wealth. Even better, you get to drive a white Mercedes if you reach a certain level. However, what happens if your personal circumstances change, say due to illness? Does Arbonne pay sick leave, do they take the Mercedes off you if targets are not met and stop the trips to Las Vegas? The big question - is Arbonne a cult like organisation? Don't get me wrong, I have no intentions of joining, but are other people being sucked in to this almost brainwashing type of marketing?

The main Arbonne thread is here.
The last post no 67 is worth reading.

Thanks for this. Yes pretty much as I thought. It's all rosy and wonderful in the Arbonne garden when there are plenty of contacts to sucker in, but when they dry up, what then? No sales, unmet targets, bye bye Merc. The selling technique is so patronising. You must have Arbonne delicious shakes to make you happy and healthy. To me, it's all very cult like. You only have to watch a video of the Las Vegas bash to see how self obsessed these people are.0
