My mortgage application was submitted round about 20th April, does anyone know how long an application takes?

    Currently in the same position. We applied 21st, valuation was instructed on 26th. Heard nothing since.

    Seems Woolwich takes forever. I applied March 10th and got my mortgsge offer a month after.
    If you used a mortgage advisor, i will say to get him/her to chase them up.

    I went through an experienced mortgage advisor for a Barclays mortgage, took less than a week.
    Student loan: Cleared.
